No hourly billing. No hidden fees.

Does the £999 guarantee my trademark will be approved?

No. No lawyer or firm can guarantee trademark registration.

What we do guarantee is:

  • Honest assessment before filing

  • Professional filing based on best legal judgment

  • Clear advice if your name is not suitable for registration

If a name is high risk, we will tell you before filing.

What is NOT included in the Brand Protection Pack?

The Brand Protection Pack does not include:

  • Litigation

  • Enforcement actions

  • Cease-and-desist letters

  • Handling complex office actions beyond initial guidance

  • International filings outside the agreed scope

These services can be offered separately if needed.

How long does the trademark process take?

Does Brand Protection Pro include enforcement?

No. Monitoring and enforcement are separate.

What is the Superstar Package?

The Superstar Package is our most comprehensive subscription, combining brand protection and intelligent brand management.

It includes everything in Brand Protection Pro, plus an AI-powered social media manager.

What does the AI social media manager do?

The AI social media manager helps by:

  • Monitoring platforms for impersonator or fake accounts

  • Flagging suspicious brand usage

  • Checking brand name consistency

  • Providing brand-safe usage guidance

  • Supporting reputation and visibility as your brand grows

It does not post content on your behalf unless explicitly stated.

Are there refunds?
